Remember all that "peace on earth, goodwill toward men" stuff? Its only been a few days so I hope it isn't completely gone for another year. My suggestion for the start of 2009 is to bring back some of the life to this board by offering amnesty to those who have been booted off. Particularly some of the more compelling personalities like Osmosis Jones and Razpewton.

I don't pretend to know what exactly happened with Osmo or others, but lets assume that everyone will now behave and will follow guidelines for civil and entertaining discourse. Hey, is someone gets too nasty, then out they go.

So how about it KARNAC? I guarantee you they are not going to ask, so I will and hopefully some support from my fellow readers will start the ball rolling!

I vote yes----let them back in for all our entertainment and wit against the establishment (wow, I just had a '60's flash back).
But the real question is: do they want to come back and be under the microscope :smilie_abcfra: ......Probably not.

This board has been :smilie_bett: for quite awhile now. Time to go racin':auto003:

Just my opinion here, but there is a huge difference between discourse and disruption. If we all have to make nice and pat each other on the back all day, then why the hell do we come here? I have been attacked on this board when I probably deserved it, and I have had posts deleted on this board when I didn't deserve it. I would rather get my chops busted in a fair arguement than be deleted or banned because someone was in a mood to be self righteous. Sorry guys, but I don't agree with deleting posts becaus eyou don't agree with the message, and I don't agree with banning people for being disagreable. disruptive is another matter, but disagreeable is no reason to ban! The moderators have made their point and I have made mine, so now its time to let Osmosis come back and up the entertainment value in here back to where it once was.

I say bring them back. Raz is funnier then hell and Osmosis can tell you in his own way how stupid you are and make you want to say I'm sorry. I think Osmosis is the first one to say " Here's your sign !".

I agree with BJ, and that doesn't happen very often. Discourse is what will draw more people to this board. And more traffic is a good thing for all parties involved, especially the ones that make money off this thing.

Minus the 7 deadly words -- hell, you could probably get away with 4 of them -- let freedom ring. This is America.

I say, bring back everyone that has been banned (the excitement will be inviting). However, while bringing them back, lets get that Old Style Racer off the board... the guy drives me crazy... it is a new world.. we dont need some OLD Style "Anything" around.
I know for a fact, the guy is a PUTZ... heard it from that guy that tells everyone at Ocala where to park...(I'd like to tell him where he could park someday). Just imagine... living this long in the world and end up being in charge of a big empty field...WHAT A COUNTRY).
SO, bring back the good guys and get rid of Old Style Racer (yea right - probably never drove anything but a go-cart at the local kids entertainment park - or perhaps some ride in front of Publix).

Yep, bring them back with the caveat that I don't know why they were banned in the first place. If it's something more than discourse, bordering on legal issues, that must be left up to the owners.

Hey there, its nice to see that Jay Middleton got rid of the the Rob Van Winckle AKA Vanilla Ice look alike rings, necklaces and sunglasses. For a while there I thought he was taking classes from Lil Boyd.

This board has been boring since the format has been changed. Getting rid of Osmosis and any body else even Brokeassbackmike is stupid. They provide plenty of entertainment value.
There are several on here, and I will go ahead and say it, mainly women, that want a utopian type board with no disagreements. That doesn't happen in the real world and should not here! Just my 02 cents worth so censor if you must!
