what was it, two months into the season this year before they had the new rule books out? hope that optimism thing works out for you.

I am not optimistic about seeing the rules, only ask to see when they would be ready.

Good Luck. I can't understand why they are so slow. You have the rules from this year. What needs to be tweaked to make things better and more fair? That's what they should be asking. And they should be doing that all year long. So by now they should have a good idea where they want to go with any changes. It's not rocket science.:huh:

any halfway decent racetrack would have the 2008 rules printed and distributed by the new year ( should be the last regular show of the 2007 season so everybody could make any necessary changes to their cars).

that's not ever going to happen with FASCAR.

Ocala has stepped up now it is time for everyone else to do their part.

Todd, I had hoped you were not laughing at me. I use to be one of the officials back in my teenage days and we always were working on the rules for the next year. They were ready at the end of the year and I cannot recall ever changing any of the rules as we went along unless it was a safety issue or something that was unavailable for the drivers/cars to get.
