It was a decent crowd at Tri County this pas Saturday night.
For a race that was promoted very little it was a success. This race wasnt a regular late model show. It was promoted just as a Enduro race and only two weeks ago a Old School Procup event was added to the bill.
The fans at Tri County have had low car counts or run aways for its events this year. Not any fault of Tim Southers the former track promoter here. It was mainly the owner of the track not wanting to advertise his track and the fact that he lived out of state.
However the fans got their moneys worth at this event. The Old School PRocup race was two and three wide for the lead the whole race. The Enduro race was fun thrilled with all kinds of action that kept the crowd roaring. In fact the crowd was asked if they wanted to see both the Old School and the Enduros back and the crowd responded "Yes"
So maybe Tri County has hit on something with the Old School and the Enduros. All that were there seem to think so.:sport009:
