Since we are all on our best behavior, and going out of our way not to be offensive, I have decided to raise an objection. Instead of my normal crabbing, I'll be a true gentlemen and write it using the Japanese poetry form of Haiku.
No rules are posted.
Time grows short, we need guidance.
Frustration burns me.

Ok Kevin. Say it with me: "5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables".
If they don't listen to my haiku, I'll have to break out the limericks.

There was a man named Boneman
Who wished he had a rule book.
"My car needs work"
Said the Boneman
Are six pound flywheels still legal?

An oval racer named Kevin,
Got beat, 'cause he car wasn't revvin.
He feared dirty tricks,
Like a flywheel of six,
While Kevin himself ran a seven!
Congratulations dude, you are the first racer I've ever written a poem about. Jeez, I gotta get off this computer!

Down south in a town Titusville,
resides a man with bones on his car.
With close inspection of his wheel,
I found tires softer than tar.
Went to find a man who runs tech,
saw him in his hand a beer can.
Thought to myself what the heck,
when he accused me of no floor pan.
The deck is stacked for car eighty five,
said the driver of a road racing pinto.
Things in that black car are alive,
but the 10 car has a nose for too much aero.
Who writes the rules in this state,
here comes Mr Hart. to dictate.
He boneman here is a sonnet for you

I think it's obvious why I never cared for haiku. But if Ovalracer and Bones continue to write poetry like this, I'll have a complete aversion to poetry. Please don't start writing songs guys. :)
